Overhard Egg Failure

I thought United States is the country where one can order an overhard egg and receive an overhard egg. This is not the America I dreamed of...

Career?! Future?!

It's pretty awesome to be "pets"...they don't have to worry to much about $/job. 

Every time I look online regarding jobs, I feel kind of sad. When I was in college, I was like - 4 more years, then I will be getting a job. 4 years later, the economic went south, as a foreigner in States, I didn't have many options besides going to graduate school; at that time, I was thinking - 2 more years, then I will be able to get a job. 2 years later, I got a tiny job while I was on 12-month-Optional Practical Training (F1 visa) and was trying to get another offer so that I can extend my OPT into 26 months; I got an offer, but the employer didn't have E-verify number, so eventually I went back home and my friends were very very kind to take care of my dachshund. 6-month later, I came back with F-1 visa again and worked on another Master's degree. Luckily, this time, I got to meet my true love (and also got selected the green card lottery) and I don't have to worry about my immigration status anymore. We both went to school and started our career at the same time, and bought a house together.

Boss & Boxes

Kitty Boss has submitted a PURRADISE request to General Worker/ One USA Unit/my husband...it's been over a year, and General Worker keeps saying that it's still under engineering/design stage.  Thanks to Giraffe (my coworker) that she brought tons of beautiful papers to work, and I used those to make Kitty Boss a box.

Since September, we actually did a lot of activities that I was just too lazy to make a blog. I hope I would do a better job at blogging in 2014.

想要什麼？！

工作遇上瓶頸了？！也不算是，只能說我看不見未來在哪裡。我最近很努力在想，我已經延遲幾年開始的職場生涯，該何去何從。

離開台灣超過十年了，其實有的辛酸，只有自己才知道。鮮少抱怨的我鮮少抱怨的我遇到事情的當下，哭過了然後更加努力。

Life is not hard...but definitely not easy. I know that many of my friends feel the same...the amount of the work/tear that we've put in so that we can stay in United States. 

Whatever happens/happened, I can always get rid of my sadness very soon. Beautiful cloud, a sunflower by the street, funny shadow...etc, all these little things make me smile.
